Overview

Air One is an integrated aviation group, headquartered at New Delhi, operating out of multiple locations in India. The core objective of the group is to promote aviation, tourism, employment and assist in developing new economic centers.
The group started its operations in 2007 with third party charter activity and has since expanded into several business activities like :

• Non-Scheduled Charter operations- with current fleet of four aircraft, largely heavy Jets like Lineage 1000, Legacy 650 (2) and a midsize Citation XLS, is amongst the best in the region catering to a Global clientele, flying all over the world.
• Own MRO 145 Organization - The company has the required licenses and expertise to do maintenance of its own fleet and other similar aircraft of other operators
• Flight Support Services–24x7 Flight Support Desk supports not only Air One fleet, but other aircraft as well. It also has the required DGCA license to take required landing/overflying permissions for third party aircraft. The Company has now signed several contracts with Fuel Suppliers and FBOs and can offer such services at over 350 airports
• Management Services- The Group has often helped start ups and other established players with management expertise in many areas like for Aircraft buying and selling, pre-buy inspections, building inventories, crew identification and training, and several more.
• Airport Consulting and Management- One of the group company undertook the master planning for a $100Million private airport project in western India and assisted them in securing the needful License.
• Aviation Academy- AirOne runs one of the leading aviationacademy in the sphere of General Aviation in the country, servicing more than 40 operators for both their Cabin & Cockpit crew.

New Forays

• Scheduled Airline- The Group has secured a National license called the NOC (No Objection Certificate) and plans to a launch a full-fledged Commercial Airline in Q4, 2017/18. Company’s medium term business plan is to enter the low-cost carrier segment and to operate majority of flights to airports within 4 hours of flying time from Company hub at New Delhi. The plan is to develop a network connecting 47 airports served with a fleet of 60 aircraft in next 5 years. The team has started working on the preparation of various manuals, procedures & systems including operations, engineering, training and flight safety manuals and file them with respective Authorities in due course.
• Aviation Concierge Service- One of the Group company has identified lack of FBO facilities and poor City Side support services in the country and aims to start a new Premium Service filling up the key gaps by September 2017.
